Tax Office Hours & Appointment Policy
Our tax office operates primarily from 2 PM CST to 3 AM CST to accommodate your scheduling needs. We offer virtual appointments during these hours, while in-person appointments require advance booking and are typically available from 6 PM to 8 PM, with occasional slots from 10 PM to 12 AM.
Please note that there is a booking fee of $250.00 associated with in-person appointments. This fee is fully refundable upon the completion of our services, and it will be deducted from the overall cost of the service provided.

Recording Policy
Divinity Tax LLC is a sovereign organization committed to maintaining its dignity and the privacy of our organization and our clients. To ensure a secure and confidential environment, we kindly ask that clients refrain from recording in any form, whether in-office or during virtual consultations.
Recording is strictly prohibited as we prioritize your privacy and reserve our rights to protection. Any violation of this policy may result in legal arbitration and/or the loss of access to our services.

Rush Fee Policy
A rush fee will be applied to a client’s service if there is an urgent need for immediate completion. In the event that rush service is requested, an additional fee of $350 will be charged on top of the standard cost of the services rendered.
Refund Policy
At Divinity Tax LLC, we reserve the right to offer refunds as part of our policy. By proceeding with any service with our organization, you acknowledge and understand that Divinity Tax LLC retains the discretion to provide refunds or credits for services rendered.

Authorization for Debt Collection
By completing any services with Divinity Tax LLC, you authorize and agree that Divinity Tax LLC has the right to collect any outstanding debts for services rendered to the fullest extent permitted by law. This authority applies across all 50 states, including Missouri, as well as in the 5 territories of the United States of America, utilizing any means necessary as authorized by law.
